Conditions of Entry
All customers who visit Craigie Leisure Centre are required to observe the conditions of entry.
Conditions of Entry
- Patrons are admitted to Craigie Leisure Centre at their own risk.
- There are conditions of use specific to each area of the facility. These are located throughout the facility and you are required to read and abide by these conditions.
- Patrons are to treat staff with courtesy and respect. Any disrespectful or offensive behaviour towards members of staff will not be tolerated.
- The City reserves the right to refuse entry to a person at any time or to remove any person who is reasonably suspected of disruptive or disorderly conduct, including but not limited to; verbally or physically threatening staff or other patrons, swearing and gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised and/or wrongful access.
- Children under the age of 11 years must be supervised by an adult or person over the age of 16 years at all times while in the facility.
- No animals or pets are admitted into the facility, with the exception of guide dogs.
- The City is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
- Security cameras operate within the facility; patrons may be filmed.
- This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted within the indoor or outdoor areas of the centre. Smoking is also not permitted outside within ten (10) metres of the building.
- Alcohol is strictly forbidden in the facility.
- Lost property will be collected daily and kept for three (3) weeks. Water bottles are disposed of daily for hygiene purposes.
- The use of all cameras, including those on mobile devices, is prohibited in all areas unless prior approval is obtained by facility staff.
- Photos may be taken by authorised City photographers for promotional and related purposes in City publications, online or on the City’s social media platforms. The copyright remains with the City. Patrons who do not wish to have their photo taken should make this known to a staff member.

Companion Cards
People with a disability who have a Companion Card may bring along a carer to their visit and the carer won't incur fees. Valid Companion Cards must be presented on each visit.
Pool Access
There are a range of pool access options for people with a disability at Craigie Leisure Centre, including an aqua wheel chair and ramp entry. Ramp entry is available to the indoor 25m pool, outdoor 50m pool and indoor leisure pool. There is also handrail access to the indoor spa.
Aqua Wheel Chairs
There are two aqua wheel chairs available for free hire at Craigie Leisure Centre. These wheel chairs are lightweight and are rated to 120 kilograms. The aqua wheel chairs can be pushed or propelled as required. Please see a friendly team member if you require an aqua wheel chair.
Adult Change Table
An adult sized change table is available at Craigie Leisure Centre. Please see a friendly team member if you require access to the adult change table.
Lost Property
Lost property is kept for a period of four weeks. If you have lost an article, please call 9400 4600 or visit the facility. Please note, water bottles are not retained due to hygiene.
