Terms and Conditions

  1. This Competition is a promotion run by the City of Joondalup (“City”) and Craigie Leisure Centre (“CLC”). 

  1. Entry to the Competition is free. 

  1. By submitting your entry, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. This Competition is open to customers who complete the Craigie Leisure Centre monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey. 

  1. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries from the same person will not be considered. 

  1. The Competition is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media network. 

  1. The information entrants provide will be used by the City and CLC for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The City and CLC will not share any information collected with third parties. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to use their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. 

  1. The City and CLC will not be liable to any entrant who cannot be contacted or whose entry contains incorrect or misspelled information including email addresses. In such cases, this entrant forfeits any Prize, and no further correspondence will be entered into. 

  1. The City and CLC reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the City and CLC, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition, which is considered fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive. Entrants that use multiple email addresses or identities to submit multiple entries will be disqualified.  

  1. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that if they are a winner, photographs may be taken at the Prize collection for marketing and media purposes, and this will be done only with the winner’s consent. Any such photographs taken, and copyright in the images, will be belong to the City and CLC, and the City and CLC have the right to use these images without payment or other compensation to the Prize winner. 

  1. The City and CLC will not accept late entries. 

  1. The Competition may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the City and CLC. 

 

 

Prize Information 

 

  1. The Competition opens of Monday 1 December 2025 9.00am WST and closes on Thursday 30 April 2026 11.59pm WST.  

  1. The Prize(s) is(are) 4x gift vouchers and 1x gift pack to the value of $50.  

  1. There are a total of five Prizes, and the total Prize pool is valued at $250.  

  1. The Prize Draws will occur per the following schedule: 

 

Prize Draw #1: 10.00am WST Friday 2 January 2026 

Prize Draw #2: 10.00am WST Monday 2 February 2026 

Prize Draw #3: 10.00am WST Monday 2 March 2026 

Prize Draw #4: 10.00am WST Wednesday 1 April 2026 

Prize Draw #5: 10.00am WST Friday 1 May 2026  

 

  1. There will be one winner per Prize Draw. All entries will be transferred to an Excel spreadsheet, and a Google Random Number Generator will be used to choose a number which is then match with the relevant number in the spreadsheet. An Internal Auditor will attend the draws to oversee the process. 

  1. The draws will be conducted at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025. 

  1. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize for that Prize Draw. 

  1. The draw conductor may draw additional winners in the case of an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  

  1. Winners will be notified via phone within seven (7) days of having been drawn as a Prize winner at the relevant Prize Draw. 

  1. The winners must collect their Prize by Monday 1 June 2026 in-person. 

  1. Prizes must be collected during opening hours, Monday – Friday, 5.30am – 9.00pm, Saturday – Sunday, 6.30am – 6.00pm, at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025. CLC will not be liable for any delivery or travel costs associated with claiming a Prize. 

  1. Unless otherwise stated, the Prize is not transferable. The Prize is not exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

  1. Where the Prize is a Voucher, the Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified on the Voucher (or by the Voucher provided). CLC will not be responsible for any Voucher that is lost or stolen. 

  1. In the event of any Prize left unclaimed by Monday 1 June 2026 the Prizes will be redrawn on Tuesday 2 June 2026, 10.00am at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025. 

  1. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set in clause 9. 

  1. If a draw or redraw is scheduled on a public holiday, it will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. 

  1. The Prize winner must provide suitable identification to CLC’s satisfaction at Prize collection. If the winner of the Prize draw is under 18 years of age or is unable to provide proof of age as 18 years or older, the Prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
