Returns policy

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) with proof of purchase is returned within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in its original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and unopened, with original tags / labels attached).
  • We will only accept swimwear returns if the hygiene sticker and swing tags are attached to the product.
  • Where possible, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Faulty goods returns

If the product is faulty or damaged, or doesn't meet its description, we will exchange or refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required.

Craigie Leisure Centre reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange due to intentional damage of misuse.
