Request form
Please complete this form to request to change your swimming lesson to a different day, time or level. Please note:

  • Requests are dependent on class availability. Please view/check the current class availability prior to submitting your request.
  • You will receive a response to your request within seven (7) days.
  • Class availability is subject to change.
  • Please note, if you are currently enrolled in a class, enrolling into an additional class will result in your account being double charged. 

Lesson changes can also be completed in centre or over the phone. 

Lesson changes cannot be actioned during the direct debit settlement period (from Wednesday to Friday during the direct debit week) as your direct debit payment is still pending, and your new lesson payments will not calculate correctly. If you pass a level during the direct debit settlement period, please visit us in centre, or call us to complete your transfer, from the Saturday onwards after the direct debit.
