We understand things change so, to request to cancel your membership, please complete the form below and a team member will be in contact with you within seven (7) days to discuss your request and the cancellation process, specific to your membership type. Pending the terms and conditions of your membership, some fees may be incurred to process your cancellation. These will be discussed with you.

If you are prompted to provide supporting documentation to cancel your membership, please ensure you do so at the time of completing the form. Cancellation requests cannot be processed if supporting document has not been provided.
