Gym Upgrade Works
Your gym is getting an upgrade.
The gym will be closed from Thursday 6 November 2025 for upgrade works.
In preparation of the works we've prepared the following frequently asked questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is the gym closed?
The gym at Craigie will be closed on Thursday 6 November 2025. The gym will reopen as normal from Friday 7 November 2025.
Will PLATINUM CIRCUIT Classes still be available?
Platinum Circuit classes will be unavailable from 1pm Wednesday 5 November 2025. Platinum Circuit classes will resume as normal from Saturday 8 November 2025.
Will the Biocircuit be available?
The Biocircuit will be unavailable from 1pm Wednesday 5 November 2025. The Biocircuit will be available from 12pm Friday 7 November 2025.
When will the gym reopen?
The gym will reopen to members and customers from 5am Friday 7 November 2025.
What works are being completed?
As part of the upgrades:
- 40 pieces of existing equipment will be upgraded to newer versions
- 21 new pieces of equipment will be added to the gym floor
- Improvements are being made to the gym floor layout
Will my membership payment be adjusted for the closure?
An adjustment will be made to your membership (Multi Access, Gym, Platinum and Insurance members only) to reflect the closure day (Thursday 6 November 2025) and the reduction of facilities/services during this time.

Why are we closing the gym?
While we understand the gym closure will be an inconvenience to members, the works that need to be completed require the gym to be closed. The closure will allow works to be completed quickly, safely and with minimal disruptions to members.
