Craigie Fit Challenge

Terms and Conditions

1. This Competition is a promotion run by the City of Joondalup (“City”) and Craigie Leisure Centre (“CLC”).
2. Entry to the Competition is free.
3. By submitting your entry, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Competition is open to any Multi-Access, Group Fitness members and Casual entry participates who participate in the Craigie Fit Challenge.
5. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.
6. The Competition is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media network.
7. The information entrants provide will be used by the City and CLC for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The City and CLC will no share any information collected with third parties. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to use their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
8. The City and CLC will not be liable to any entrant who cannot be contacted or whose entry contains incorrect or misspelled information including email addresses. In such cases, this entrant forfeits any Prize, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
9. The City and CLC reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the City and CLC, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition, which is considered fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive. Entrants that use multiple email addresses or identities to submit multiple entries will be disqualified.
10. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that if they are a winner, photographs may be taken at the Prize collection for marketing and media purposes, and this will be done only with the winner’s consent. Any such photographs taken, and copyright in the images, will be belong to the City and CLC, and the City and CLC have the right to use these images without payment or other compensation to the Prize winner.
11. The City and CLC will not accept late entries.
12. The Competition may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the City and CLC.

Prize Information

1. The Competition opens on Saturday 3 January 2026, 7.00am WST and closes on Monday 23 April 2026, 6.00pm WST. 
2. The Prizes are five (5) Polar Verity Sense Heart Rate sensor.
3. There are a total of five (5) prizes, and the total Prize pool valued at $745.00
4. The Prize Draw will occur per the following schedule:
   Prize Draw #1: 7am WST Saturday 10 January 2026.
   Prize Draw #2: 8.45am WST Tuesday 3 February 2026.
   Prize Draw #3: 6pm WST Wednesday 4 March 2026.
   Prize Draw #4: 8.45am WST Thursday 2 April 2026.
   Prize Draw #5: 8.40am WST Monday 23 April 2026.
5. There will be one winner per Prize Draw. All submitted attendances through QR Code will be eligible to the draw. Health and Fitness Team will pull a random name from the list that will win the prize.
6. The draws will be conducted at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025.
7. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize for that Prize Draw.
8. The draw conductor may draw additional winners in the case of an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Winners will be notified by phone after being drawn as a Prize winner at the relevant Prize Draw.
10. The winners must collect their Prize by Saturday 25 April 2026 in-person.
11. Prizes must be collected during opening hours, Monday – Friday, 5.30am – 9.00pm, Saturday – Sunday, 6.30am – 6.00pm, at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025. CLC will not be liable for any delivery or travel costs associated with claiming a Prize.
12. Unless otherwise stated, the Prize is not transferable. The Prize is not exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
13. Where the Prize is a Voucher, the Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified on the Voucher (or by the Voucher provided). CLC will not be responsible for any Voucher that is lost or stolen.
14. In the event of any Prize left unclaimed by Saturday 25 April 2026, the Prizes will be redrawn on Monday 27 April 2026 12pm WST at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie 6025.
15. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone and email. The Prizes will be redrawn on Monday 07 April 2025, 8.30am WST at Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue, Craigie, 6025.
16. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone call and email.
17. If a draw or redraw is scheduled on a public holiday, it will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day.
18. The Prize winner must provide suitable identification to CLC’s satisfaction at Prize collection. If the winner of the Prize draw is under 18 years of age or is unable to provide proof of age as 18 years or older, the Prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
